Quality management

HAUPA is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.

A quality management system is installed in all areas of the company. From goods receipt to dispatch - all working processes are carried out according to defined procedures. All HAUPA employees receive regular training in order to comply with these standards and to encourage them to actively suggest ways of improving the processes. Special, so-called QMB employees analyse modified structures and integrate these into the defined standards.

Independent auditors carry out audits at regular intervals to ensure compliance.
